The opportunity
Their most successful team is looking for energetic, driven, motivated IT consultants to take over some existing clients and PSAs as well as bring on new clients.  This team is a team of specialists, so you have the ability to account manage while also focusing your BD efforts across Project Services, Development, BI/Analytics, Infrastructure or Digital.  If you want to work for the best and have the chance of being a big biller with the support of this successful organisation, this role is for you.  You will be able to work across both contract and permanent roles.  You also don't have a threshold or deficit so you earn commission on every $.  Consultants earn a lot of money here!  Many place up to 15 new starters each month - imagine the commission! 

What you need
Preferably you will have at least 2 years IT recruitment experience - if you have specialised in project services, development, digital, infrastructure or BI/DW that would be great but you may be an account manager who has identified the market is moving to specialisation. You will have a desire to move into a successful environment where clients, and the tools of success, will be given to you.  You will most definitely have a gregarious personality, be used to working in a focused, incentive based environment and thrive on feedback and support.  You must enjoy sales and new business development.
