Due to consistent growth, the Director of the business is needing to work on their business more, not in it as much and as such there is an opportunity for an Operations Consultant to work alongside them.

The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced, agency based IT Recruiter who is ready to take that next step to managing elements of an IT agency versus just billing. This person will work alongside the Director to help in areas such as Learning and Development, internal Recruitment, Marketing, Process Improvement and Client Retention.  We are not looking for a highly experienced Operations Manager as such, but more someoone who knows they are a very good recruiter, can impart that on others and has had exposure to other elements of running an agency.  

You will be joining an organisation that is known for their tenacious approach to the recruitment market and you will be well rewarded to ensure even greater success from this agency, from the impact you will have on its day to day operations, efficiencies and productivity improvement.

What you will need
You will be a well rounded local IT recruiter who is familiar with permanent and contract recruitment  You will have coached and mentored others, preferably through structured training programs, and be familiar with how to make others successful. You must appreciate detail and process, maybe having spearheaded process improvement in the past.  And you will have been exposed to the workings of an agency be it client retention, process improvement, internal recruitment, marketing initiatives or even payroll efficiencies.
