Our client is a well known Aged Care specialist managing end to end recruitment of professionals into a range of residential and community Aged Care providers Australia wide. Specialising in mid to senior hires on a permanent, or long term contract basis, they help their clients source only the very best talent.
Working with the Directors on warm desks, we are looking for a junior recruiter who has a competitive and energetic nature and who can bring their enthusiasm and communication skills to work within the care industry, placing Care Managers and above positions. Our client has a small but dedicated team of consultants who will support you through your early stages. You will enjoy a step by step training process and the use of internal training systems.

We are looking for a consultant with excellent communication skills, who enjoys a collaborative work place culture. If you have a very strong work ethic, with a high achieving attitude, and enjoy a great supportive team environment, this is a great opportunity to further your recruitment career.
This company offers a recruiter with as little as 12 months experience a warm desk and great earning potential up to $100k+ per year. Hit target and work from home one day a week. Each quarter you and your team will have a day out of the office team-building with the directors. This is a very good time to move into a recruitment role within Healthcare, Aged Care or Nursing as the sectors are booming!
