State Manager, flagship for national brand, excellent client base

Our client is one of the largest privately owned IT recruiters in Australia and can boast multiple awards, from entrepreneurial leadership, great places to work, to BRW top 100 companies, many years in a row. With a strong performing business and team, they have a solid PSA base and expanding new business client focus. Known for their fast pace and quality IT recruitment delivery, they are looking for their NSW State Manager to take the business to the next level.
We are looking for a locally experienced, IT State/Branch Manager to take over this exciting, growing and dynamic business. Inheriting a high performing team, with multiple PSAs in place, you will be responsible for growing this team - hiring, mentoring and coaching them to continue to be high performers. A key function of this role will also be to spearhead further development of market share in their PSAs as well as secure further PSAs and new business opportunities through formal tendering and quality delivery. Financial management, business, strategic and key account management planning and devising innovative marketing and online sourcing initiatives, you will also be familiar with.
What you will need to demonstrate
You need to have managed an IT recruitment agency, locally, preferably one with a strong contract focus. Staff management and development, financial management, client relationship management and profit maximisation will also be your key strengths. You need to be strategic in your approach to further developing this sizeable business yet still hands on, being able to help your consultants when it comes to demonstrating any component of the recruitment process. You will be a strong communicator, a good delegator, a multi-tasker and a true leader.
This role forms a key part of the senior management team of this organisation, and is remunerated accordingly. You will also be part of quarterly national management meetings and attend their annual company conference.
