Our client
Our client is a highly respected, professional, national IT recruiter who operates in the contingent recruitment and professional services space.  They need an experienced IT team leader to step up to managing one of their key teams and definitely, their key accounts.

The role
The role is pivotal to this business - it is responsible for team hiring and development of a team of 5+ who in turn service one of the company's key banking and finance clients as well as other PSAs across financial services and insurance.  The role requires an experienced recruiter who can lead by example by way of billing as well as coach their team around consistent service delivery.  You will be able to take over key accounts and yet grow them further.  This person is also responsible from "mood setting" to ensuring the team exceeds its' financial targets and client SLAs.

Who you are
Ideally you are an IT recruitment banking and finance team leader or manager working locally in this space but if not you could be a great manager in another IT sector who enjoys coaching others to their potential.

The rewards
This role forms part of the leadership team in NSW and pays up to a base of $120k+ super as well as personal, team and annual bonuses bringing the OTE to $200k+. In addition there is potential that this person will become the 2IC to the State Manager and so career pathing and training will be invested in you to ensure your career continues to grow.
