Our client is a local Professional Services company with national offices. Providing niche highly specialised project services solutions across testing, DevOpsM digital and cloud platforms, they staff their own project wins as well as sit on the recruitment panels for well known local banks, insurance companies and commercial brands. Due to high recruitment demand they are hiring another Recruitment Consultant to ensure their ability to deliver to their client base is maintained.
The role is responsible for recruitment delivery - all sales are done by management. Working primarily contract needs, the role is to ensure delivery across a wide variety of IT roles across industry. Working in a close knit team your advantage will be to have hands-on technical assistance for hard to fill roles.
Who you are
You are an experienced recruiter with a few years experience, preferably locally. You will be a hard worker and used to working to deadlines for delivery. You may have a personal passion for IT - many staff have leveraged the professional services team to improve their own IT knowledge or even take on further IT studies.
Our client will pay a base of up to $90k for the right person and commission is paid on every person identified that is placed, at an attractive rate. You also have the advantage of charging professional services margins on much of the work, not agency rates.
