Our client is a respected marcomms recruiter who has made a name for themselves for helping marketing candidates find the right job, and clients the right candidate.  An industry professional, they have a business that recruits across client side and agency roles, with one of their biggest billing desks coming free due to maternity leave.
The opportunity
Taking over the management of a number of their PSAs from media to FMCG companies, we are looking for the successful marketing recruiter who can pick up all the brilliant work done by a long tenure consultant across this marketing client base.  Your focus will be more on picking up existing relationships and delivering quality professionals versus cold calling or real business development.  You will work with one other who is doing the senior end of the market, so someone who enjoys a faster paced, more junior candidate base will be ideal.
What you will need to demonstrate
Being a maternity leave contract we need an experienced marketing recruiter who can hit the ground running.  You'll be yearning to work for a specialist, and to provide true value to their clients. You may be working for a larger organisation now and desire the freedom and accountability that this specialist can provide, be in between jobs or want to return to the workforce.  You will be someone who is down to earth, adaptable and flexible and who is passionate about providing a quality recruitment service.  You will also enjoy being part of a team that likes to have fun, and celebrate their successes.
