Our client is part of a UK listed business with offices globally.  In Australia and New Zealand they have had great success over the last 20 years with deep client relationships with well known brands such as WPP and M&C Saatchi as well as blue chip organisations and smaller agency and client side advertising brands.  They have invested staff, staff from industry and recruitment who are passionate about their space and quality delivery and in return provide a casual, dynamic, engaging workplace.

The role
They are looking for their ANZ Director to manage their 3 locations and take the business to the next level.  With a team of 20+ covering all digital and creative verticals from client service to UX/UI, they are needing a passionate leader to grow this region even further.  The role is very much all encompassing from hiring and coaching your staff on better ways to do things to leading business development, client acquisition, account delivery, business planning, financial management, marketing - reporting to the listed entity.  This will be someone who can lead from the front and get results without overly micro-managing what is already a leader in its field.

Who you will be
You will be a passionate recruitment leader who has ideally come across the digital/creative/media/advertising space before, or at least have an interest in it, however for this role it's the person.  You are successful, passionate, energetic, you lead from the front and others want to follow.  You can work in a less corporate, relationship driven market, dressing for your day and appreciating creativity.  You will be able to lead a listed business, yet get completely hands-on when required, sitting in your business, making an impact. The ability to travel is essential.
