Our client is a well known IT recruitment and solutions business who has partnered recently with some of the most successful enterprise businesses to either spearhead their capability in Australia or help them scale up when it comes to quality IT talent acceleration. With some amazing brands already on board they are ready to take their project to market and to do that they are looking for someone to head their Solutions Sales function.
The role will require you to work with the Managing Director of the business to take the solution to market. This will require you to understand the differences of this "RPO" model to anyone else's, it's success onsite, and to package this up to sell. So far 3 solutions have been sold, each a little different but involving embedded talent acceleration driven by incredible technology.
Who you will be
You are most probably an IT recruiter who has started the transition to HR or recruitment or project or staff augmentation sales. You will be a deep relationship builder who can maintain that over a longer sales cycle. You may have moved internally and understand the frustrations TA functions can experience if they can not get the quality IT talent they need to hit their business growth targets. You'll have had exposure to the different cost and pricing models of "RPO" solutions and be able to bring all of this to our client to package up and sell this unique offering.
This client has a new product, it's exciting and some of the most successful enterprises in Australia are already using it, so it will be exciting to be part of their "go to market" strategy - our client wanted to test their capability before launching it.
