What we need
For the civil engineering desk, this is to take over from a high performing consultant who has moved internally so the desk is hot and requires someone who can hit the ground running. For the other desks we are looking for experienced consultants to build out their capability in rail, manufacturing and construction. Working dual, perm or temp desks, you will be provided with excellent training and every consultant has a structured career path. The brand is synonymous with quality and you are provided all the tools of the trade you need to be successful.
Who you will be
You will be an experienced built or corporate consultant, preferably with local experience, who understands in a growing market providing a top quality consulting service is key to the growth of your desk. You may be working in the built environment now or want to move to this high growth sector, looking for a better brand who focus on you, your training, your career and your success. In return move to a highly lucrative sector where you will personally benefit from better remuneration.
You will be paid a competitive package with up to 40% commission, you'll get extra annual leave and work a shorter week as work/life balance is encouraged. You'll celebrate the company's wins interstate as well as your team's and yours regularly. Candidates needing sponsorship will be considered.
