Our client
Founded by well known, local, IT recruitment leaders, this specialist brand has gone from strength to strength in the last 10 years, with a sizable team of recruiters in Sydney and growing capability nationally.  With a client base that has been loyal to them since inception, they offer specialist cloud, data, project and integration recruitment services.  Structured with sales/account management and delivery teams they are keen to hire a Client Account Director to expand their engineering or data verticals into their existing PSAs as well as bring on new business.

The role
This is a combination of sales/business development, as well as account management - it is about client engagement and delivery.  There is so much to leverage - from a number of large PSAs to other enterprise accounts, their professional services practice and their "Collective" clients, it's about expanding accounts, account managing the relationships and delivering through a highly experienced delivery team - you are not required to deliver yourself.    
 
Who you need to be
You will need to have considerable experience in the local technology market working with a client base of technology vendors and solutions providers, identifying client needs and explaining your IT recruitment solutions to them - building accounts.  You will be familiar with having to work through a delivery team to meet this demand, ensuring quality recruitment outcomes.  You will also have hands-on experience to be able to work with the delivery team on innovative sourcing strategies and coach them on their ability to implement them.

The role will also require a confident communicator and presenter, comfortable at operating at all levels within the clients' senior management team.
