Our client
Our client is a global IT recruiter with offices in London servicing the UK and Europe, and an office in Sydney servicing Australia and Asia.  With over 70 staff in total they focus on software engineering for some of the best global brands. Due to the pick up in the market they are looking at recruiting a strong business developer who wants to build their next desk.

The roles
Being a smaller team locally, business development is expected on your desk but if you are familiar with recruiting Software Engineering professionals then work can also be given to you.  The team is small but very cohesive so work moves between the team pending how busy each person is.  

Who you will be
You will be an IT recruiter locally with a strong sales background and a great work ethic to just "get in and do"......your level of experience can vary, preferably you will have worked in the Software Engineering space but if not, just some knowledge of IT recruitment, gained locally will be enough if you have strong sales skills.  Their reputation is for filling hard to fill roles, that's how they build their client relationships as they can be relied on so a background in permanent recruitment, and a thorough process, would be good.  Being a smaller team, personality fit and character are just as important as your professional experience.

The rewards
They offer a great base salary that varies pending your experience and a 2 tier commission scheme paid quarterly, with a low threshold, incentives for new business and fee splitting. They will also adopt a hybrid working model moving forward so full flexibility is provided so you can work from work or home.
