Our client
Our client is a relatively new player within accounting and finace recruitment locally, owned by a larger UK entity.  With a solid client and candidate database in place their core market is commerce clientele and with the new year, comes the need to hire an Associate Director to further build the business and hopefully, take over the management of the Sydney office allowing the current Director to open other national offices.

The opportunity
This is a true 2IC role which, on your performance, will lead to Sydney Director.  The client is more than happy to work with this person to expand their skillset to allow them, within 12-18 months to do that.  With an open remit to work roles nationally they have a very large network to leverage and are confident you will see quick results. With that you will be able to grow the team, leveraging their current model of graduate and experienced hires. 

Who you will be 
Ideally you will be an accounting and finance recruiter who is ambitious and is looking for that next career step - our client will clearly put that in place for you versus promise it.  You will be happy to business develop to build your desk and mentor the more junior members in the team.  

The rewards
