Our client
Our client is a specialist in life sciences and pharmaceutical recruitment and is known as a trusted advisor to their national clients and candidates, not transactional agents. Working really interesting senior level pharma assignments and long term government contract roles, we are looking at hiring somone who can further build their capability across their commercial recruitment focus as well as step up to 2IC for the team when needed.

The opportunity
We are looking for an upcoming recruiter who enjoys providing a quality recruitment service to a highly specialist area.  This dual, national desk will have two focuses - taking over some existing client relationships and growing business within sales and marketing recruitment as well as delivering on their government panel longer term contract assignments.  The desk is lucrative due to the government work and nature of their fees.  It's also with a great team - our client's team is really stable.  They have all been there many years, have seen promotion due to their success and during Covid have had 100% job security.  If you had a knowledge of life sciences or pharma recruitment that would be great or exposure to sales and marketing, commercial or government recruitment but at the end of the day, your attitude is what we are really looking for.  You will have a high level of drive, passion and determination when it comes to working with your clients and candidates.
