Our client has been extremely successful in building a brand that is known for its' success in the Banking & Financial services market.  Established over 15 years ago with offices in Sydney and Melbourne, they focus on the mid-senior tier of the market.  They have the clients, reputation and budget for hiring to ensure you help them grow a successful accounting and finance division delivering to one of their key strategic initiatives this financial year.
 
The opportunity
Taking over existing business your task will be to ensure in the accounting arena, they are known for being one of the best.  Billing, you will focus on one of 4 areas:  banking and finance, commerce, government or professional services.  With billing success you will quickly hire a team around you, leveraging the PSA base they currently deal with.  

A predominantly permanent market, your assignment salary levels will typically start at the $100k- $150k mark. The brand is already positioned as a market leader so the world is your oyster here!
 
What you will need
A solid background in recruiting within accounting and finance, preferably in one of the markets listed above is preferred as is local market experience as having a network and understanding of who the main clients are and available talent will ensure quicker success.  These roles will offer you the ability to work for a market leader, who is still seeing considerable success even in the current market.  You may be someone who is mentoring others now and wants the ability to step up to a formal management title.  If you feel your career is in holding pattern this role will break you away from that.
