Allied Health Talent Acquisition Consultant, work from home and Northern Beaches
- A fantastic role offering work life balance, WFM and Allambie Heights
- Excellent package, benefits and modern office environment
- A great NFP providing more research globally in their sector than any other
This organisation is a highly reputable not for profit, having provided it's disability support services for over 70 years. Employing 2000+ staff, they have a sizeable Talent Acquistion team who provide 800+ qualify hires a year. Needing to expand this, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant who can work in one of their core teams - finding best Alllied Health practitioners.
On the whole, the work is high activity - the need for allied health practitioners far outstrips the availability of qualified staff and so this role requires high input when it comes to LinkedIn and Seek searching, followed up by calling and activity to identify possible hires. Located at Allambie Heights Monday to Wednesday, you will either live locally or can drive with flexibility given on start/end times. For the rest of the week you will work from home.
Who you will be
You will be someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and is happy to pick up the phone to more candidates than less. You'll have experience building talent pools from the tools provided as well as headhunting/networking. You will be the type of recruiter who has always known you've got a good gut feel, and can back that up with an attention for detail and keeping a candidate engaged throughout a thorough recruitment process. You will probably come from another high volume recruitment discipline such as other care areas.
This role offers being part of an organisation who is truly making a difference to our disability sector. They also provide great work/life balance. To find out more contact Lisa on 0411 182 024 or send your CV to email@example.com. Only those with working rights for Australia can apply.
