Our client
Our client was established over a decade ago, founded by two well known sales and marketing recruiters who have always serviced the building services, industrial and consumer industries.  With these industries maintaining demand this year and now dramatically bouncing back they are hiring an experienced Recruitment Consultant to manage existing work as well as further develop their client base.

The opportunity
This is a great opportunity for a local recruiter to join a local, well respected recruitment provider.  Taking over a warm desk where at least 50% of your work will be given to you, this company is known for going above and beyond to fill their client work and forging great client relationships due to that.  You will be filling sales and marketing roles into industrial, consumer, building, retail, hardware suppliers etc but a good solid knowledge of recruitment is enough.  Working in a small team you will be given the tools of trade to make sure you are successful and the support of a very engaged, respected owner.  Just because the business is small, there is still a career path for you if in time you want to build a team around you.

Who you will be
You will probably be someone in the area that wants a career but needs flexibility. With 2 years+ recruitment experience, preferably in permanent placement, you will be able to run a thorough 360 process from engaging with C suite stakeholders to post placement support.  50% of your work will be given to you but you also need to be comfortable picking up the phone and introducing yourself to new clients.  Access to a car would be desirable for client visits and street parking is provided.  

The rewards
You can't put a price on working locally and having full flexibility.  Ideally you will work from home for some of the week and from their offices the rest.  If you need to work part time a 3-4 day week is ideal and if you need to do pick ups/drop offs this is fine too.  You will be offered a competitive base salary pro-rata and good commission scheme with realistic expectations.
