Our client
Our client is a boutique specialist provider known for being able to recruit across an organisation, so having long term relationships with their client base.  Due to increased demand from these clients they are looking to hire an  Account Manager to account manage their existing clients, and fill the roles.

The opportunity
This is a great role for a great recruiter wanting to account manage and not business develop.  The role types you recruit for can really be anyone from pool technicians to business development managers.  You'll be provided with all the sourcing tools needed to talent pool and fill the work.  You'll also be provided with flexibility, either work from home options or a 4 day week, however if working in the office is your preference they have new offices in North Sydney.  The owner and team will provide great support and guidance to ensure your success.

Who you will be
You'll be an experienced recruiter who knows you're a good job filler and can pretty much fill any job you're given.  Preferably you've worked customer service, sales or operations roles as that will be the bulk of the requirements.  You'll be a good sourcer having used LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search, your database and other tools to create talent pools so you can proactively fill the work.  You'll also have a good sense of candidate care and attention to detail.  You may be a full 360 new business development consultant now wanting to get rid of that monthly sales target or an internal recruiter happy to go back to agency land but in an account management role.  Flexibility is offered as is working from home some of your week.

The rewards
A great base salary is offered and probably one of the best monthly commission plans I have heard of, up to 60% commission.  This is a nice business to work in, in an account management role that provides working from home and flexibility but also a commute that does not involve going all the way into the city.
