Social work recruitment resourcer - step up to a full 360 role with training

Our client is a growing, welfare, child services and social care recruiter who has made a name for themselves for their quality social care and youth worker placement now having a list of impressive PSAs as loyal clients. One of their key resourcers has returned home and we are looking to find another capable resourcer to support the owner on developing more key accounts.
In this role you will source and develop accounts within their key client base - Children and Families. Primarily sourcing youth and social care workers you will be responsible for building a talent pool to provide ongoing placements - this area is such a busy area in our community and clients will hire as many people as you can find. Their is very little cold business development in this role, just good sourcing and account management.
Who you will be
You will be a resourcer or even 360 recruiter who is looking to deliver, versus business develop in a KPI driven environment. You will have great talent pooling skills using Seek, Seek Talent Search and LI and be able to handle high volume candidate screening and job processing. In time they'd hope you'd want to step up to be a full 360 recruiter to take over other key accounts as well as source new clients. For now it would be great if you're in healthcare recruitment or have a personal healthcare background but if not anyone who will work hard to maintain their quality supply and has drive and ambition will be welcome.
In return they pay a good base salary and commission with a low threshold. The team is also one that celebrates with lots of month end and milestone events. You can also work from home 2 days a week so flexibility is offered and have an early finish Fridays. Access to a pool and gym is their for lunchtimes.
