Our client
Our client is a major player in healthcare recruitment and has recently won a key RPO client in Greater Western Sydney.  Keen to start delivering to high volume, aged care and community care needs, and raise the level of recruitment service this client has experienced, we are looking for a Recruitment Business Partner to join the team who are delivering to over 600 new roles a year.

The opportunities
This is a great opportunity to either continue your internal/RPO career or move your career in that direction.  You will be someone living in GWS with access to a car (parking is provided) who would like to work onsite nurturing key stakeholder management relationships while personally delivering, and accessing the delivery support, of a Talent Acquisition team.  

The Recruitment Business Partner will be experienced recruiter preferably with some exposure to healthcare recruitment and internal/RPO recruitment models. You will be great at building relationships and will manage the strategy and delivery of some 200+ roles per portfolio.  Most roles will be supported by the Talent Acquisition team working from the CBD, but some key roles you will manage and headhunt for yourself.  A great base and bonus will be offered.
