Our client is a leader in the placement of senior healthcare professionals all around Australia.  Expanding the leadership team due to the higher demand for staff in this area, they are looking for experienced billing managers who want to get into healthcare recruitment, solidify their management skills and specialise in highly rewarding work.
  
The opportunity
We are looking for billing managers, who can leverage the relationships already existing for this team and further build this client's delivery capability.  You must be a great people manager as well as relationship builder. The recruitment process in healthcare recruitment is detailed, but highly rewarding. You will know you are a thorough person with great admin/follow up skills whicih will be supported by a credentialling team.  Coupled with client relationship building, in healthcare recruitment the candidate is king, so you will have experience in candidate generation and reverse marketing.  Healthcare recruitment is a high growth area and with your decision to specialise, will come personal reward.  
  
Who you will be
You will be an experienced billing manager with excellent people, sales and relationship development skills.  You may be in a large recruiter now and want more autonomy and flexibility or just recognition you are mentoring and coaching others.  You will show a consistent track record, not job hopping and the ability to bill well within your current environment while managing others. You need to demonstrate an eye for detail, being able to follow a process, and good follow up.  Running temps desks and/or a temp team would be desirable.
