The Talent Centre

We are pleased to offer a unique recruitment service – The Talent Centre – created to fill the talent gap in the recruitment market.  Our focus is to replenish the industry in the wake of the economic downturn and improve the skills shortage. The Talent Centre focuses on attracting B2B sales professionals into the recruitment industry.  Recruitment Consultant Assessment Centres, which are run bi-monthly in Sydney or as requested, provide candidates with the insight to what is required to be a great recruitment consultant, and assesses their current B2B sales skills against this.

Through networking, advertising, attending careers expos and more, we invite other industry sales professionals to attend our assessments. Over an intense 4 hour period we take candidates through a number of sales related exercises, from personal presentations to the group, to CV selection against positions, ad chasing and cold calling.   And we invite clients to attend, partake, observe and hire!

Once hired, we provide each successful candidate with access to a comprehensive induction training course covering all components of end to end recruitment.  It’s our way of identifying new to industry recruitment professionals and helping their careers take flight.
